License key wont install

I received the email with the V5 keys today. they wont install.
I have no 1's or I's in my key so I dont think that is the issue. I do have 2 0's (zeros) in the key, I tried replacing them with o's but that did not work either. I did upgrade this from the eval 5.09 I was using. I dont know if this makes any difference. I have screen shots of my key entry but I obviously was not going to post them here.
