Graphing Tool Report Actual Data

Is there a way to run a report that will actaully give me the return result of a query. For example, if I am monitoring memory, can the graph show what the available memory was each time the monitor was checked?
It seems all the graphing tool does is graph out the result of the monitor check (UP or DOWN) but not he actual data result itself.
