Thanks a million for the clarification. Using the basic web monitor, I was getting the failure using the URL suggested - [link=http://webmail.emailarc.com/exchange/]http://webmail.emailarc.com/exchange/[/link]. I also tried copy & paste of the complete redirected address from my web browser with the same result.
Anyway, the Enhanced Add-in fixed the problem and it works as expected now.
