What version of IPSentry are you running?
This will occure if the database has exceeded it's maximum size (about 29 million data samples.)
In the IPSentry System Options (From IPSentry main window, select Action, System Options) - on the Statistics Output tab, what value is in the Statistics Retention field?
This value may need to be reduced or you may need to consider upsizing the data to SQL Server.
Also, from the IPSentry main window, select Tools, Compact Detail Database. This will remove extraneous data and reduce the database to size.
