Using RegEdt you can do a find, but you will need to doubleclick on the value associated to the pager number and paste in the new pager number. Not optimal, but easier than editing each device.
You could also perform an Export Settings from IPSentry.
Open the .IPE file and do a search and replace on that
**** WARNING - The replace must be the exact same length as what you are replacing.
e.g. If you are replacing "555-555-1111" with "5555551212" it will corrupt the IPE file, it must be the same length.
