Drive space monitor / emc celerra issue

We have just replaced some of our Windows file servers with an EMC Celerra with virtual CIFS servers.
Now, the IPSentry disk space monitor incorrectly reports free space.
For example, I have one volume that Windows XP and Vista says has 1.76GB free but IPSentry says it has 270MB free so alarms.
We are on IPSentry 5.3.1.
Any ideas?
