Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we are currently in the process of evaluating a monitoring solution for a critical SQL server. We would like to avoid any agent installation on the SQL server itself. Instead we would prefer to monitor from another server via SNMP etc.
My question: is it in any way possible to monitor the server remotely using IP Sentry with the Database and query addon pack ?
It would be very nice if you could give us a quick answer asap !
