The event message that you show is what is logged when another instance of IPSentry is opened.
The "[color=#000060]New Instance Launched: ServerName: AccountName1" [/color][color=#000000]denotes the user that launched IPSentry thus causing the existing instance to terminate.[/color]
Just to verify, does that event message occur every time, or does it appear in your event logs shortly after you launch IPSentry?
