Sorry, I grabbed the wrong event. You are right that Event is related to when I started the instance. The Events related to the error are below. I also followed your advice, confirmed the System Options Modem Settings, and Settings for each individual Pager. I drilled all the way down for each pager notification and selected okay, okay, okay, apply. This is a fresh installation of IPSentry 5.3 with the monitors recreated from scratch instead of imported. It is installed on a fresh version of Windows 2003 Standard SP2.
