Go into Action / System options.
Click on "Run as Service"
Do you have an inactivity timeout value set?
Based on the above events, if they are occuring every time you notice the problem, it looks like the service manager is detecting no monitoring or user activity and causing the instance to restart which is detected when it comes back from the COM paging. If the inactivity timeout is set to "1" - that would coinside.
