We are running IPSentry on Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2. It's on it's own box, on a fresh install of Windows, with a fresh install of IPSentry 5.3.0.
I switched over to using the direct to com setting at 2400 bps with the built in Verizon script. That appears to have done the trick. I've switched over almost all of my notifications and haven't had an issue yet.
