The Drive utility access the named share over netbios.
The firewal inbound to 217.xxx.xxx.xxx is blocking nbsession (137 / 139) TCP/UPD ports.
That is a standard firewall block against access to areas such as drive shares, performance data, event log data, and other administrative tasks.
