file content monitor is seeing old data no longer present in the file

Hi any assistance would be most appreciated
I am using file content monitor to search an .MDB file for a multitude of entrys.
I have "search for exact" checked
I also have checked and unchecked "scan entire file".
Max Age Days is 0
Normal Poll Frequency is 1
Critical Poll Frequency is 1
Here is a particular entry:
