Within the file content configuration, when you hit "Test", it should note the byte range where the data is found.
Is it giving you a byte range where the data is found.  What is that byte range?
 
Also, how have you confirmed that the data does not exist in the file?  Within an MDB file, even when you delete data, old storage space exists which is not actually cleaned out, so the data you think is deleted or purged may still exists.  What is the verification method you used to verify that the string D G 1 - A M P S - A L M is not in the file?
