By using the File Content Monitor, you are searching active records, deleted records, indexes, cross references, table headers, table comments, column comments, index comments, views, queries, reports, deleted index entries, forms, code, everything... Absolutely everything associated with that database is being searched for the text defined.
For databases, if you just want to check if a record exists, I would recommend using the Database Connection & Query monitor with a data source setup on the IPSentry system connecting to the database rather than a bin...
