Ok, we will need to do a couple things.
First, in the device editor (Action, Edit Devices) select the "Ungrouped" view.
Assuming of course this error is not blocking access to the editor.
Make sure you don't see any duplicate named devices.
If not, I will need for you to zip up all of the {*}.xml files in the IPSDataRoot folder.
(Don't archive the *.dyn.xml files, those are just stat files and not needed for analysis).
You can secure and encrypt the zip file and FTP to our upload server.
