Adam,
No - there is no configuration interface inbound to the administrative data. IPSentry configuration data and access to the network is secured by your local security policies restricting access ot the data configuration files on the hardrive as well as access to the application on the computer.
A remote access tool such as RDP, WebX, GotoMyPC, and others provides a secure solution to access the application from a remote location.
