How-To: Set the delay between IPSentry monitoring cycles.

IPSentry monitors specified devices in sequential order (alphabetically).  At the end of each cycle, there is a delay that allows IPSentry to remain idle.  You may wish to adjust this delay based on the frequency at which IPSentry should monitor the devices.

1. From the IPSentry active display console, select Options from the  Edit menu. 
    

2. On the General tab under the System Settings tab you will need to modify the
   Sentry Cycle Time field value.
    

3. This value is in minutes.  You can override the value to be defined in seconds by enter the number of seconds between cycles immediately followed by an "s".
   Example:  10s = 10 Seconds.  "10" = 10 minutes.
    

4. Press OK to save the changes.
    

5. You will need to restart IPSentry for this change to be made active.
